No, your investment will be pooled and divided over our entire loan portfolio, spreading out your risk over
the entire pool of 250 (and counting) loans. Southern Cross Investments performs thorough due diligence
and credit check before offering a loan to a prospective borrower.
You can choose between compound interest, dividend payouts or a mixture of both in the ratio you
decide yourself.
If you choose to receive monthly dividend payouts you will be paid at the beginning of each month via
wire transfer onto the account of your choice.
Your investment requires a 1 year commitment. After the year has passed, Southern Cross needs a written notice that you wish to withdraw your funds. After the request is sent, Southern Cross will
return your funds within 1 month.
Investing overseas always carries a currency risk, the Australian Dollar is no exception. However, the Australian Dollar has proven to be very stable over the last decades and weathered economic turmoil very

Despite the Australian Dollar’s stable position, Southern Cross offers investors an opportunity to eliminate the currency risk. For a fee of 1%, Southern Cross takes away the investors currency risk and guarantees the funds will be returned at the value in Euros or USD. The return on capital is lowered from 9,8% to 8,8% but the currency fluctuation element is eliminated. All our investors from the EURO and USD zones will be offered this option.
Yes, Southern Cross requires a minimum investment of the value of 35,000 Australian Dollars.
